What the news says about this game

Oklahoma State arrives undefeated with dominant momentum: beat No. 6 Oregon in Week 2, then demolished Murray State 59-0 in Week 3 with QB Drew Mestemaker posting 5 TDs. WVU also undefeated after beating No. 25 Virginia 38-27 on 2026-09-20. This is one of six ranked-on-ranked matchups in Week 4 (most since 2023). Both teams are rolling, but OKST's recent dominance—especially Mestemaker's efficiency—marks them as the hotter squad heading into tonight's kickoff.
